Detox Salad
2 Cups Purple Cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, shredded
1 large beet, shredded
Half a red onion, finely chopped
3-4 handfuls of chopped kale
Dressing:
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 clove garlic (chopped fine)
3 tbsp. freshly juiced lemon
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp filtered water
Pepper & Salt (to taste)
Mix all together and top with sesame seeds. If you would like to make this more of a meal, add in 1/4 cup hemp hearts for protein.
