Erika's "OPA-MEAL" aka oatmeal!** Amounts are based on how much you or your child will eat. If you make too much, it will refrigerate well for another day:) If you have left-overs, you may want to add additional warm water when ready to eat it.
~ 3 handfuls Rolled Oats ~ small handful pumpkin seeds ~ small handful sunflower seeds ~ small handful goji berries ~ couple slivered almonds ~ small handful dried cranberries ~ 2 tablespoons hemp hearts ~ 1 tablespoon chia seeds ~ Hot water to cover ~ Drop of maple syrup (if you like a little added sweetness) Enjoy! And as Erika would say, "It's Yummy Huh!" |
