Raspberry Chia Jam
1 Cup of Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
1 tbsp. chia seed (you can buy at the bulk barn, health food sections of stores, or at Costco)
1 tbsp. maple syrup (if you like it sweeter)
Mash Berries, add chia and maple syrup, stir and place it in the fridge. Give it a couple of hours to set, and voila! You have a healthy homemade, delicious jam!
