Delicious Oaty Protein Pancakes
1/2 cup oats
1/2 Cup cottage cheese
Olive oil (or coconut oil if you prefer)
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon, nutmeg (1-2 teaspoons depending on your preference
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend.
When you are ready, heat a skillet,
and place about ¼ cup of mixture for each pancake.
Cook until bubbling and sides are golden brown.
