From that point on, I have been creating plans and programs for athletes who participate in sports all over the country. They are showing vast improvements in their ability to train as well as perform, and the best part is that they are recovering at much faster rates. Following these nutrition guidelines I was able to recover from competing at The Long Distance World Triathlon Championships and I was 9 weeks pregnant.

- Initial Assessment, Diet analysis & Goal Setting Appointment (1.5 hours)
- Personalized Nutritional plan with recommendations for the foods and supplements you need to fuel your body and help you achieve Peak Athletic Performance emailed to you 1 week following initial appointment
- Receive a Race/Game day nutrition plan that will leave you fueled and your taste buds happy. It is highly recommended that you practice your nutritional plan well in advance of competition so that we can make any alterations to your program that may be needed.
- One 30 minute follow-up to address any lifestyle or fitness goal changes that may arise
