Ready in the morning - Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1/4 cup large flake oats 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup of milk alternative of your choice (almond, rice, etc) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste Toppings:
Instructions: Mix your oats, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl, cover, put it in the fridge and leave it until morning. In the morning, add the optional toppings, and enjoy! Note: It is important to note that dried fruit can be dehydrating. Either up your water intake for the day, or if you prefer rehydrate the fruit in some water (or in the oatmeal with a touch more almond milk). Unsure of an ingredient? Hemp Hearts and chia seeds are considered super foods as they contain a super amount of nutrition and you only need a small amount. You can purchase these at your local health food store, in the health section of your supermarkets or even at a bulk food store. Remember, a little goes a long way, so don't let the cost scare you off. It is totally worth it.
