Spicy Salmon Melt
1 Large Whole wheat Wrap (or Ezekiel wrap for even healthier option)
1/2 Can Salmon (you can also use tuna)
1/4 cup pickled pepper rings
1 large leaf kale (or a handful of spinach)
2 tbsp. goat cheese (or some old cheddar)
1 green onion, chopped
Mustard (to top as desired)
Place all ingredients on wrap. Fold wrap and place on grill until warm and wrap is crispy. Serve with sliced cucumber, peppers and carrots.
