Turkey Vegetable Noodle
1 ½ Cups Carrot, Chopped 1 ½ Cups Onion, Chopped 1 ½ Cups Celery, chopped ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 tsp minced garlic ½ tsp sage ½ tsp thyme ½ tsp marjoram ½ tsp Herbamere (or sea salt) ¼ tsp pepper 2 Cups Turkey, chopped 6 Cups Vegetable Broth (or water) 2 Cups Cooked Rotini Noodles Place all ingredients (minus the noodles) in a pot. Boil until vegetables are tender. Add Rotini Noodles and serve. |
