All About Exercise
You can’t out train a bad diet! It’s probable that the exercise (or lack of) you are doing now is one of the reasons you aren’t losing weight. Doing more CARDIO is not the right answer. You will learn exactly what exercises to do for as little as 7 minutes a day that will help to stimulate your metabolism and burn fat quicker.
Food Labels 101
Getting stumped by a food label will be a thing of the past. You will feel like a nutrition pro the next time you go grocery shopping. Learn how to read a food label and apply it to your daily needs. Evaluate ingredients so you can make the best possible choices for you and your family.
Fiber 101
Losing weight is challenging when your digestive system is sluggish. Finally you will understand how to choose high fiber foods and low sugar foods. The food label provides you with all the info you need if you know where to look and how to read it. You will get a list of the top slow digesting carbs so you know exactly which ones to eat and which ones stimulate cravings.
Understanding Carbohydrates
What’s the difference between the G.I. and the G.L.? How do I know which carbs to eat? Can I eat any carbs at all? Understanding why your body craves carbs is essential to breaking the sugar addiction cycle. Learn which carbs are best for fat loss, which ones to avoid, which ones should be eaten after a workout and which ones to stay away from at night. HINT: Fruit can be your best friend and your worst enemy depending on the time of day you are eating it.
Grocery Shopping
Learn to shop like a Nutritionist! There are a couple of tricks to grocery shopping that you will learn during this education session. Grocery shopping shouldn’t feel overwhelming, stressful or confusing. Did you know that not all processed or boxed foods are horrible for you? After this lesson you will never be fooled or tricked by fancy marketing messages again!
Goal Setting
It’s time to re-motivate and re-energize you! While it’s true you may not feel 100% motivated during your program that’s normal and okay. After all you’ve probably been setting goals the wrong way, which has caused you to fail at your weight loss efforts. It’s not your fault and we will turn it around in week 7. There is a way to set goals that dramatically improves your level of commitment and confidence practically guaranteeing you hit each weekly goal you create.
Eating On The Go
No need to give up your social outings! Not going to bring your lunch to work with you? No problem… There is a right way and a wrong way to enjoy eating on the go. During this lesson you will learn how to properly order off a menu, make choices at your local food court and get a list of my favorite go to protein bars, meal replacement bars and grab n’ go snacks.
